United Engineering Group (UEG) was established in 1999 by principals Scott Lenz and Christopher Lenz. Through sound management and consistent professional service, the company has grown multi-dimensionally in depth of services, client base, and geographic service areas. Continually delivering high level civil engineering solutions, projects and services have grown exponentially from the initial Arizona market start-up to serve clients nationwide.

UEG has evolved into an established and reputable full-scale civil engineering and development services company with the ability to offer conventional civil engineering and land surveying services, as well as planning, transportation, infrastructure, rail, construction management, and a host of other development consulting services.

Our strength lies in our dynamic position to provide either a fully integrated development services approach, as well as a more traditional engineering consulting scope. An entrepreneurial culture has allowed UEG to rapidly grow into a corporate structure which includes full engineering staff, land surveyors, project managers, designers, CAD technicians, GIS analysts, and development professionals. This same entrepreneurial force fueled the expansion of operations from the company’s original Arizona location into the West Coast and Midwest, with the capability to serve and support a multitude of clients in these diverse metro area and emerging peripheral regions.
